Activities at the Resort

There are many activities at Hôtel Golf Château de Chailly besides golf! We propose wine tastings in our tasting cellar, cooking classes, golf initiation for non-golfers, tennis, wellness by enjoying our jacuzzi, sauna, steam-room and fitness studio. In the summer, enjoy hours in and around our outdoor heated swimming pool (open from May through October). If you do not have time to visit the Burgundy vineyards, you can pick up a case of 3 or 6 bottles or Burgundy wines at our golf shop.

Wine Tasting

With our sommelier, discover Burgundy wines in our cellar. With his passion and experience, he will teach you the different classifications and the best ways to appreciate wine!

Tastings are scheduled in the afternoon, from Wednesday to Sunday, at 5:30 p.m. It is best to book in advance with reception.

  • Tasting include 2 white wines and 2 red wines
  • Gougères provided during the tastings

Take your first steps into the world of golf. Our golf instructor will explain the game of golf, have you experience the game through hitting golf balls on the driving range, chipping and putting. You will soon love the game!

Feel the energy in the "Dôme du Cosmos"

The owner of the castle, created the "Dôme du Cosmos" as he regretted there was not chapel with the castle. The work symbolises :

  • The theme is the creation of the world : earth, water, air and fire
  • Divine energy
  • Human energy
  • Sun and moon symbolising a generative force

The artist was Irène Van Vlijmen using over 250 000 Italian mosaics.
